Tobacco Settlement Permanent Trust Account Administrative Advisory Committee

The Tobacco Settlement Permanent Trust Account Investment Advisory Committee was abolished pursuant to Senate Bill 2900 from the 89th Regular Legislative Session (2025). The committee’s functions and other duties are the responsibility of the Tobacco Settlement Permanent Trust Account Administration Advisory Committee, which is administered by the Texas Department of Health and Human Services.
